The one-month project was initiated by the Cebu Chamber of Commerce Inc (CCCI) with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) New Zealand Embassy, and in collaboration with the Cordova local government unit, CCCI-Cordova Chapter, and the Department of Information, Communication and Technology Visayas Cluster 2 Office.
Due to the pandemic, the way the trainings were conducted shifted from face-to-face to a virtual one when quarantine conditions were appropriate to change the trainings. With this transfer, the service provided is able to convert their training modules into digital form.
